Founder & Editor · Apna Yojana

People lose benefits they are entitled to because nobody explained the exclusion rules. Clarity before commitment — that is the whole job.

Mirza Seraj Baig is an independent advisor and publisher who works on government and regulatory processes — visa, immigration and corporate structuring — as founder of Henry Club UAE, where he has published more than 90 research guides. Apna Yojana applies the same method to Indian government schemes: read the primary source, state what actually qualifies and disqualifies an applicant, and cite the ministry page it came from with the date it was checked.

Areas covered

  • Government and regulatory documentation processes
  • Eligibility rules and application procedures
  • Central government welfare schemes
  • Small savings and pension scheme rules

How this content is researched

Every guide is written from primary sources — ministry portals, Press Information Bureau releases and published scheme guidelines. Figures are never carried over from other websites. Each page lists the sources used and the date they were checked, and is re-verified when rules or rates change.

If you spot something out of date or incorrect, please tell us — corrections are made promptly and the verification date is updated.
