Government schemes by state
Central schemes apply across the country, but each state also runs its own programmes and sets its own documentation and verification rules. These 10 states have at least one state scheme that we have researched and checked against an official source, so each has its own page below.
Which states are covered, and why only these
A state gets a page here only once we have published a guide to one of its own schemes, with every figure cited to that state’s official portal or a government order. A state page with nothing of its own to say would only repeat the central schemes, which you can already read once, in full, on the schemes list. If your state is not below, the 7 central schemes still apply to you: PM-KISAN, PM-JAY, e-Shram, SSY, PM Surya Ghar, PM Vishwakarma, APY are open in every state and union territory.
The 11 state schemes covered so far are listed in the table, with who each one is for. Open the state to see what it pays, the eligibility conditions, who is excluded and how to check your application status.
